Bruce at Excell renovation is a very straight shooter does what he says he’s going to do and does it well

I felt the need to positively comment on the work performed by Excel Renovation Roofing. I was very pleased with the entire outcome. They kept their promise on the start date. They answered all my questions and concerns. They were supervised during the entire roofing project taking pictures of their work. I highly recommend Excel Renovation and would hire them for all future projects.

We used Excel Renovation to replace our roof, siding and gutters due to damage from a fallen tree. Excel did all the leg work with our insurance company which took at lot of stress off my plate. They were on time, had great communication and had a professional crew onsite for install. Highly recommend using them for your next renovation!

I had storm damage to my roof. Excel inspected and found hail damage to 7 window wraps and my gutters beyond what the insurance inspector originally identified. My house was built in 1932 and I also suspected there were 1/2 to 1 inch gaps between the old 1 x 12 pine roof boards, because I had occasionally found shingles pulled out due to the nails not being sunk into wood. Excel confirmed the building code in my city now requires gaps to be 1/4 inch or less before the work started. They worked with my insurance company to let them know this may be the case. When they tore off the old roof we confirmed there were places where gaps were almost 1 inch. Because Excel prepared insurance for this, they were able to apply new plywood sheeting on my entire roof the same day the work started and insurance paid for all of it. Since I had someone from Excel coming to install aluminum wrapping on the damaged windows, I also arranged for Excel to wrap the fascia boards around my house. The house is stucco exterior, so the fascia boards were the only thing that required painting. By wrapping those the same as the window frames I do not need to paint anything anymore. Lastly, I also had Excel add gutter screens to the new gutters they installed. They invoiced me separately for this additional work, making it easy for me to pay my portions and insurance to cover theirs. I would highly recommend Excel to anyone. They did a good job communicating with me and their estimates were detailed and accurate, so there were no surprises when I got the final bill. They did high quality work that looks great.
